Our Retention of Your Information.
If you have an account with Sirio, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
If you are a visitor to the Sites we will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than one (1) year after your last visit to our Sites.
Credit card payment information is entered on the Website by our customers, but is sent directly to the third party credit card processing service, and is not recorded or stored by Sirio.
Promotions and Contests
Our websites are not designed to appeal to minors, and you are required to be 18 years of age in order to use this website or provide information to us. Therefore, we do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children under 18.
