Care and Maintenance Guide

Frames and Wicker

To remove dust: Vacuum or use a soft brush on wicker to remove surface material.

To remove dirt, soil (other persistent substance): We suggest using a soft sponge with warm water solution or mild detergent. Gently rinse and allow drying thoroughly before use.

We will not cover damage caused by freezing or other extreme weather conditions. We highly recommend using an outdoor furniture cover (sold separately) during extreme climates when not in use or store in a dry location.

Cushion and Fabric Care

Sunbrella ® cushions are engineered to resist stains and water droplets. However, during rainy season, heavy raindrops can seep through upholstery fabric. In such occasions, cushions will be waterlogged. Please follow the necessary steps to allow cushions to air-dry properly: 

  • Unzip cushion cover to ventilate and facilitate drying process (do not remove cushion covers)
  • Place cushions upright for faster drainage

It is highly encouraged to store cushions indoors or use outdoor furniture covers (sold separately) during rainy seasons and inclement weather.

To prevent mildew, make sure cushions are completely dry before storing them away.

To remove dust: Gently scrub with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse and let air-dry only. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER.

To remove more persistent substance: Sunbrella® suggest Dawn dishwasher liquid to remove most stains from its fabric. For more information about cushion/fabric care, please visit www.sunbrella.com

Sirio North America Inc / Sirio Canada Inc warranty does not cover cushion/fabric for consumer negligence (such as burns, food/oil stains, mildew or other abuses).

Outdoor Resin Wicker & Cushion Warranty Information

Cushion: Warranted for one year against all defects in materials and workmanship.

The Inner Aluminum Frame: Warranted for three years against defects in materials and workmanship.

Dated proof of purchase is required. We will replace or provide repair solution in the original color and style if available or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

We warrant to you, the original purchaser that with exceptions stated below, the furniture you have purchased is free from defects in material and workmanship. Cushions are warranted based on quality of workmanship, not fading, discoloration, mildew resistance or stretching / shrinking.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, fire, freight damage (other than upon first delivery), acts of nature (such as, but not limited to freezing temperatures, high winds, heavy rains), acts of pets/wild animal, suntan oils or other chemicals, normal fading, scratching or chipping of the finish, weathering or staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage repair or modifications by consumer, glass breakage, commercial use and normal wear and tear are excluded from this warranty.

 Winter Storage

All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside-down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, causing structural damage that IS NOT COVERED by the warranty. It is highly recommended that furniture covers to be used when needed.

Return of Furniture

If it becomes necessary to return furniture, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase when making a claim. Prior written authorization from the factory is required to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Photos of damages may be requested from the factory to provide authorization.

This warranty is non- transferable.
