Preparing For Your Large Parcel Delivery
Woohoo! We are just as excited as you are to receive your furniture. If you selected basic/standard/curb-side delivery, the large parcel item will be shipped via professional shipping carriers, such as CEVA Logistics or FedEx. A delivery window would be offered to you. The shipment will be dropped off at first dry area. **If you have a long driveway up to your home, please note the delivery driver is not obligated/permitted to drive up private property unless permission is given by you. Starsong & Co shall not be liable for any property damage.
If you upgraded to white glove service. A delivery window would be offered to you. The shipment will be dropped off in room of choice/location of choice (such as back patio). An hour of assembly is included as well as removal of packaging. Due to some limitations, CEVA Logistics and FedEx are not able to service White Glove delivery to all zip-codes. Please rest assured that we will refund the White Glove service fee in this case. Should you like to check if your area can be serviced, please contact us and we are happy to check for you.
If you cannot receive shipment within 3 weeks once order is placed, please do NOT place the order and work with our customer service team. Shipping carrier will charge a shipment storage fee that we cannot refund you.

- Address Changes: $35
- Storage: $10 per day after 10 free calendar days. This applies to all orders.
- Reshipping: $250
During & After Your Delivery
Please ensure all cartons are in good shape and you received the items you ordered. In rare cases, if more than 50% of the shipment is damaged, please refuse complete shipment and contact us immediately for replacements.
Sometimes hardware packs are hidden. Our manufacturer purposely hid them to avoid damaging the furniture during transit. Please double check all cartons before disposing as well as furniture to ensure you are missing any hardware.
Standard Small Parcel Shipping
We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS and USPS for small parcel orders. If you have any issues with the tracking number we provided, please visit carrier official site and work with them directly. If that doesn't resolve the issue for you, please contact our customer service and we would be happy to assist you.
